As an Executive Leadership Coach to tech CEOs and founders, I help executive teams scale through acquisition, rapid growth, and AI transition without fracturing culture, alignment, or trust. Through my Executive Leadership Model, I guide organizations in building revenue, partnerships, and performance systems that strengthen — not strain — the people inside them.

At the same time, I work with accomplished mid-career executives navigating career exits, empty nest, or post-exit identity shifts. Through my Reinvention OS Program I help them architect their next chapter by aligning identity, relationships, and values — so success feels integrated rather than fragmented.

My background spans executive leadership across media, cloud, and emerging technologies. I've led SaaS transformations, built global marketing and alliance ecosystems, co-founded ventures, managed P&L, and guided organizations through strategic scale. I began my career in organizational behavior and culture design, and that foundation has shaped everything since: systems only work when the people inside them are aligned.
